This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the Onboarding Journey: Direct the onboarding process for new hires, emphasizing compliance and smooth documentation, including the verification and preparation of employment packages.
• Complete Lifecycle Management: Assume full responsibility for the entire employee onboarding journey, fulfilling all operational requirements to guarantee a seamless and successful experience while effectively addressing employee inquiries throughout.
• Collaborative Engagement: Partner closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to provide a cohesive experience for both clients and their employees.
• Ongoing Improvement: Continuously seek and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience, proactively anticipating and addressing changing needs.
• Data Management Proficiency: Oversee and maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Compliance Support: Assist in reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives to uphold our dedication to operational excellence.
• Automation Advocacy: Identify and promote automation opportunities to streamline onboarding processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability.
• Extensive Operations Background: You possess a robust history in operational roles, with a strong grasp of people operations (experience in employment and legal contracting is essential).
• Contractual Expertise: Skilled in managing employment contracts and similar legally binding documents, particularly within the HR or people management domain.
• Flexibility: You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments, ideally within startups or rapidly growing companies, and are motivated by evolving challenges.
• Collaborative Spirit: A genuine team player who prioritizes collective success and shows a strong sense of ownership. You work well independently and proactively seek support when necessary.
• Outstanding Communication Abilities: High proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level, with a keen attention to detail and clarity in documentation and communication, ensuring accurate and professional information sharing across diverse audiences. Additional languages are a plus.
• Technologically Savvy and Adaptable: Proficient in utilizing various collaboration tools for efficient asynchronous work, with the ability to learn and adapt to new and evolving systems.
• Independent yet Collaborative: Capable of working autonomously and seamlessly within an international, fast-paced, remote team, while balancing multiple priorities. Open to flexible hours to meet global needs as required.
• Familiarity with Essential Tools: Experience with communication, documentation, and project management platforms such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar.
• Knowledge and Content Management Skills: Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources to ensure accessibility and accuracy, supporting both team efficiency and smooth information flow.
