This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Lead the onboarding process: Oversee the onboarding journey for new hires, ensuring compliance and efficient documentation, including the verification and preparation of employment packages.
• Comprehensive Ownership: Assume responsibility for the full employee onboarding lifecycle, fulfilling all operational needs to provide a smooth and successful experience while effectively addressing employee inquiries throughout.
• Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with the Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and their employees.
• Focus on Continuous Improvement: Actively seek and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience, anticipating and responding to changing needs.
• Data Management Expertise: Oversee and maintain employee data, ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance of information with confidentiality standards.
• Support Compliance Objectives: Assist with reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives to maintain our dedication to operational excellence.
• Promote Automation: Identify and advocate for automation opportunities to enhance onboarding processes, increasing efficiency and scalability.
• Extensive Operations Experience: Possess a strong background in operational roles, with a solid grasp of people operations (experience in employment and legal contracting is essential).
• Knowledge of Contracts: Expertise in managing employment contracts and similar legally binding documents, especially within the HR or people management domain.
• Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, preferably within startups or high-growth companies, and are motivated by evolving challenges.
• Team-Oriented Attitude: A genuine collaborator who prioritizes team success and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership. Capable of working independently and proactively seeking support when necessary.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: High level of proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level, with a keen attention to detail and clarity in documentation and communication, ensuring accurate and professional information delivery across diverse audiences. Additional languages are a plus.
• Tech-Savvy and Flexible: Proficient in utilizing various collaboration tools for effective asynchronous work, with the ability to learn and adapt to new and evolving systems.
• Independent and Collaborative: Capable of working autonomously and seamlessly within an international, fast-paced, remote team, managing multiple priorities. Open to flexible hours to accommodate global needs as required.
• Familiarity with Essential Tools: Experience with communication, documentation, and project management platforms such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar tools.
• Knowledge and Content Management: Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources to ensure accessibility and accuracy, supporting team efficiency and seamless information flow.
