Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal technical teams to set up, deploy, and validate client-specific instances of the Veremark platform.

• Ensure that all client requirements, workflows, and configuration details are accurately recorded and executed.

• Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot any configuration or integration challenges during the onboarding process.

• Oversee all onboarding activities, tasks, and documentation through Monday.com, guaranteeing a fully auditable onboarding record for every client.

• Create and conduct comprehensive user-training sessions (either virtually or in person) to empower clients to independently navigate and utilize the Veremark platform.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and distribute digital training materials and client-facing resources.

• Coordinate with the Finance department to ensure clients are set up correctly in all financial systems for accurate and timely invoicing.

• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Technical, Finance, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to address onboarding or configuration-related issues.

• Take ownership of the complete 90-day onboarding project plan, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, OR a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in managing client onboarding, software implementation, or technology-driven service activation.

• Strong technical skills with the capability to comprehend platform configuration, workflow logic, and system troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of the background screening industry (globally) is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to client stakeholders.

• Comfortable collaborating across various internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong project management abilities, ideally utilizing tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
