Onboarding Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the onboarding process for newly signed operator partners, overseeing everything from contract signing to a successful go-live.

• Manage multiple onboarding and integration projects concurrently across various global markets.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

• Collaborate closely with Technical Integration to facilitate API integrations, product configurations, and readiness for launch.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Account Management to ensure all onboarding milestones are met punctually.

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and launch checklists, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks.

• Organize commercial launch activities, including game positioning and promotional initiatives to maximize launch success.

• Keep clients informed throughout the onboarding process by providing clear communication and managing their expectations.

• Continuously enhance onboarding processes and project management practices to boost efficiency and minimize time-to-market.

• Foster strong internal and external relationships while delivering outstanding customer service throughout each project.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the B2B iGaming sector, preferably with operators, suppliers, or aggregators.

• Previous experience in managing customer onboarding, implementation, integration, or customer success projects.

• Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Solid understanding of API integrations, technical implementation processes, and product launches.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities with both customers and internal teams.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• A commercial mindset with the confidence to manage customer expectations and facilitate successful product launches.

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach complemented by excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability.

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
