Onboarding Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist in the onboarding of consultants by reviewing documentation, completing Form I-9 verification, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

• Support consultants throughout the screening process and verify the accuracy and completeness of screening results.

• Address routine, non-adverse discrepancies and escalate potential adverse-action outcomes to the relevant internal teams.

• Oversee and respond to items in the shared Service Desk queue, including Consultant Agreement Reviews.

• Transition between Onboarding and Screening tasks according to business needs.

• Keep precise electronic records and documentation.

• Conduct compliance and quality-assurance administrative tasks, including the preparation of documents and forms.

• Collaborate with Onboarding, Screening, Human Resources, and Legal teams to resolve compliance issues.

• Engage with consultants and internal stakeholders through email, Microsoft Teams, and phone communications.

• Provide support to Onboarding and Screening team members as needed.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

• Experience in customer service is essential.

• Background screening or onboarding experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• Experience with Form I-9 or background and drug screening vendors is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.

• Must be able to maintain regular attendance and work the required hours.

• A working knowledge of compliance requirements is essential.
