Onboarding Consultant I, Bilingual Vietnamese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary relationship manager for customers, serving as their main point of contact from the time of account purchase through onboarding.

• Work independently under the guidance of an Onboarding Manager to meet monthly activation targets.

• Prioritize tasks based on customer requirements and Toast's operational standards.

• Collaborate with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase and develop onboarding plans that adhere to timelines and budgets.

• Establish best practices for daily restaurant operations, focusing on labor and food costs, table turnover rates, and customer relationships.

• Conduct remote assessments of sites to identify networking needs prior to installation and relay this information to project resources.

• Execute remote onboarding processes and document the Toast POS installation, best practices, and any variations encountered.

• Design and deliver onboarding training for restaurant staff with an emphasis on operational efficiencies.

• Oversee multiple onboarding projects concurrently, managing a portfolio of over 80 restaurants.

• Provide remote Go-Live support, troubleshoot issues, offer post-live guidance, and conduct follow-up training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be bilingual/fluent in Vietnamese and English.

• Background in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations, such as a Restaurant General Manager.

• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing targets.

• Strong communication, organizational, and persuasive skills.

• At least 1 year of experience using POS software, preferably within the service industry (not essential).

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred).

• Experience in the technology sector or working for a SaaS company (preferred).

• Experience in training, teaching, or development (preferred).
