This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and setup to guarantee a seamless and confident initiation on the OptiMantra platform.
• Educate customers on the platform’s features, workflows, and optimal practices.
• Deliver friendly and effective technical support via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Diagnose issues, apply critical thinking, and offer solutions that ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Develop and enhance customer-facing knowledge base articles and instructional videos.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes, documentation, and the overall customer experience.
• You have a genuine passion for helping individuals learn and achieve success.
• You possess strong problem-solving skills and are willing to delve deep to find solutions.
• You maintain a customer-first approach and enjoy enhancing processes.
• You are comfortable with technology, including scheduling applications, spreadsheets, and database-driven systems.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer support, onboarding, healthcare operations, or technology (flexibility in experience level for the right candidate).
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR or practice management systems is advantageous.
• Experience in customer support, IT/help desk, or a clinical/medical office setting is beneficial.
