Onboarding Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Review, authenticate, and validate KYB and KYC documentation.

• Assess new submissions and renewal applications against established criteria.

• Approve, hold, or reject deals based on the information provided.

• Collaborate with Prequalification and Processing teams to address discrepancies and missing information.

• Oversee and balance the funding queue to adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Maintain production volume and ensure operational accuracy standards are met.

• Complete bi-weekly performance logs in Lattice and document operational metrics.

• Conduct review check-ins with the manager.

• Follow company policies, risk protocols, internal standards, and the values of Forward Compass.

• Report to the Manager I, Pre-Decision, and work in conjunction with People and Culture, operations teams, and Process Improvement roles.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Intermediate to proficient level of English.

• Detail-oriented and a strong team player.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the Dominican Republic.

• Completion of a background check, including criminal, educational, and employment history, is mandatory.

• At least two professional references are necessary for an employment offer.
