On-Shore Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications and software solutions.

• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in adherence to development best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve application defects, performance issues, and technical challenges.

• Engage in code reviews and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Create and sustain database structures, queries, and integrations.

• Assist with application deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

• Collaborate using remote communication and project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of application development experience with one or more of the following: .NET, C#, Angular, Drupal, XML, PHP, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL.

• At least 1 year of experience utilizing remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, or similar platforms.

• Strong communication skills to facilitate effective remote work.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven experience supporting the entire software development lifecycle from design to deployment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Relevant technical certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
