Chatbot Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain chatbots

• Design and organize conversational flows

• Execute API integrations

• Oversee and modify bots to guarantee effective flow functionality

• Collaborate closely with the team on tasks related to chatbot development and upkeep

• Assist in the creation and improvement of conversational flows

• Play a role in developing efficient solutions that meet client requirements

• Continuously work with various business areas to convert needs into actionable solutions through automation

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of conversational flows

• Familiarity with API integration

• Experience in developing and/or maintaining chatbots

• Knowledge of designing and structuring conversational flows

• Proficiency in integrating with and utilizing REST APIs

• Experience in communicating with clients or users to gather requirements, address inquiries, or provide support regarding technical solutions

• Undergraduate degree or relevant technical education (as specified in the posting data)
