This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Provide technical and commercial assistance to distributors, OEMs, and partners within the region.
• Promote and sell NETZSCH pumps, grinders, spare parts, and services to achieve or surpass the regional sales revenue targets.
• Oversee all project activities within the designated region, including product offerings, and develop a sales strategy.
• Conduct monthly and weekly forecasting activities.
• Aid in the development of the annual forecasting plan.
• Ensure the accuracy of quotes before they are sent to customers.
• Consistently follow up on all quotes and leads.
• Create and execute strategies to outperform competitors in both new and existing target accounts.
• Provide necessary training to the sales partner's team on products, applications, competitive landscape, commercial aspects, and operational procedures.
• Support sales partners by offering customer training.
• Participate in joint sales calls with sales partners or service staff to strengthen relationships with key customers in the region.
• Represent NETZSCH at trade exhibitions and industry events.
• Supply the company with insights on market trends, sales growth strategies, pricing intelligence, and other competitive information.
• Previous experience in outside sales within the Oil & Gas sector, focusing on industrial equipment.
• Familiarity with positive displacement pumps, progressing cavity pumps, multiphase pumps, or similar machinery.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Experience in managing a sales territory.
• Proven track record in developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and engaging with upstream, midstream, and/or downstream clients.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to complete projects within deadlines.
• A valid driver’s license and up-to-date passport.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% as needed to meet sales objectives.
