This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Engage with clinics, candidates, and clients through the DTOH call line, managing both incoming and outgoing calls throughout the day.
• Schedule and coordinate tests utilizing InCheck technology and available resources.
• Independently oversee workload within the assigned service workflow step.
• Monitor and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned requests.
• Record clear, detailed, and audit-ready notes to document actions taken.
• Accurately apply client-specific guidelines within the assigned service workflow step.
• Address client and vendor inquiries to guarantee the quality and timely completion of reports.
• Prepare routine reports and communicate with clients upon successful completion, as necessary.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and tutorials.
• Assist in maintaining department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training documentation.
• Carry out additional related duties as needed to support business operations and organizational requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented environment, such as a professional services firm, employment screening organization, or call center.
• Previous data entry experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Regular travel is not anticipated for this position.
