OFSAA ERM Functional Consultant – Basel, LRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate business requirements concerning **Basel II / III / IV** and **Liquidity Risk Management**.

• Execute and set up OFSAA modules, particularly:

• Liquidity Risk Management (LRM).

• Basel Regulatory Reporting.

• Convert regulatory mandates into functional specifications.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams on data mapping, data models, and rule settings.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimal OFSAA solutions.

• Assist in data sourcing, staging, and reconciliation activities.

• Engage in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation cycles.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (e.g., LCR, NSFR).

• Provide support and enhancements post-implementation.

• Develop documentation (BRD, FRD, test cases, SOPs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in OFSAA ERM implementations.

• In-depth functional knowledge of:

• Basel frameworks (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Capital Adequacy).

• Liquidity Risk (LCR, NSFR, ALM principles).

• Practical experience with OFSAA modules:

• LRM (Liquidity Risk Management).

• Basel / Regulatory Reporting.

• Familiarity with banking data models and financial instruments.

• Experience in gathering requirements and communicating with stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis is advantageous.
