This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Engage with warm inbound leads who have expressed interest in solar products and services.
• Assess homeowners based on company standards.
• Address basic objections in a professional and confident manner.
• Arrange qualified in-person appointments within the CRM system.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to older homeowner lists.
• Reconnect with clients who missed or did not show up for appointments.
• Keep precise CRM notes and update lead statuses accurately.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for appointment setting.
• Provide a high-energy, professional customer experience in every interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with the US-based sales team.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, telesales, cold calling, or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
• Previous experience in the solar industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in related fields such as insurance, mortgage, home services, HVAC, roofing, or real estate cold calling is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
• Neutral or nearly neutral accent appropriate for US customers.
• Friendly, self-assured, and conversational phone demeanor.
• Emotionally resilient and capable of handling rejection comfortably.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable managing high daily call volumes.
• Full-time availability that aligns with US Eastern Time.
• Saturday availability is mandatory.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
• A stable internet connection and a professional remote working setup are required.
• Approximately $1,800/month all-inclusive package.
• Additional commission of $5–$10 for each booked appointment.
• Performance bonuses for closed deals.
