This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard contract interpreters across more than 350 languages.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with interpreters throughout the United States.
• Strategize and implement sourcing and communication initiatives under the direction of the Onsite Recruiting Manager to enhance interpreter engagement.
• Meet weekly recruitment targets set by the department head.
• Leverage recruiting data and analytics to support the achievement and maintenance of fill-rate standards.
• Effectively manage candidate applications and workflow using the ATS system.
• Must possess fluency in English.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized with outstanding time management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume recruitment position.
• Previous experience in a metrics-driven environment is preferred.
• Experience in the language services industry is an added advantage.
