This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, source, and onboard global payment partners (EMIs, PSPs, acquirers, issuers, liquidity providers)
• Foster relationships within offshore and international markets
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements
• Comprehend and design payment flows involving: Card issuing/acquiring, Crypto-fiat rails, High-risk transaction processing, Cross-border payments
• Align business requirements with suitable partners
• Remain well-informed about payment trends, providers, and regulatory changes
• Provide insights on: New providers, Improved pricing, Quicker routes, Risk-tolerant partners
• Utilize and continually expand personal network
• Represent the organization at industry events (Money20/20, SIGMA, etc.)
• Generate inbound deal flow
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Finance teams
• 5–10+ years of experience in payments / fintech / crypto
• Strong network within EMIs, PSPs, banks, WASPs
• In-depth understanding of: Payment flows
• Cross-border infrastructure
• High-risk processing
• Demonstrated success in closing partnerships
• Highly commercial mindset
• Ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Active engagement in the industry ecosystem (events, relationships)
