• Identify, source, and onboard global payment partners, including EMIs, PSPs, acquirers, issuers, and liquidity providers.
• Cultivate relationships in offshore and international markets.
• Structure and negotiate commercial agreements effectively.
• Comprehend and design payment flows involving card issuing/acquiring, crypto-fiat rails, high-risk transaction processing, and cross-border payments.
• Align business requirements with suitable partners.
• Remain well-informed about payment trends, providers, and regulatory changes.
• Provide insights on new providers, improved pricing, faster routes, and risk-friendly partners.
• Utilize and continuously expand your personal network.
• Represent the company at industry events such as Money20/20 and SIGMA.
• Generate inbound deal flow.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• 5–10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong network connections with EMIs, PSPs, banks, and WASPs.
• Comprehensive understanding of payment flows.
• Knowledge of cross-border infrastructure.
• Experience in high-risk processing.
• Proven track record of closing partnerships successfully.
• Highly commercial mindset.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Active engagement in the industry ecosystem through events and relationships.
