Office 365 Managed Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and surface customer business requirements.

• Translate those requirements into an architectural design while influencing the deployment of essential infrastructure components.

• Design, construct, configure, and maintain all aspects of an Office 365 Tenant.

• Plan and execute a comprehensive implementation of the target workloads.

• Maintain a deep understanding of both existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies.

• Stay informed about new technologies within Office 365 that may offer advantages to customers.

• Address and resolve escalated tier 3 and tier 4 issues from clients regarding M365.

• Conduct security analysis and configure core security tools within the Microsoft Suite, utilizing Defender and Sentinel as the primary mediums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exchange: Must possess real-world, hands-on experience in delivering messaging and collaboration solutions with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in large, complex environments.

• Office 365: Subject Matter Expert (SME) for applications across the Office 365 Stack including OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Forms, Office Suite, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Entra, Sentinel, Defender, Intune, etc.

• Azure: SME with Entra ID, Intune, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and Azure Virtual Desktop.

• Intune/Endpoints: SME in Intune with expertise in endpoint and device management. Should know how to configure and maintain endpoints using Configuration Policies, Compliance Policies, Platform Scripts, and similar tools.

• Security: Expertise in security posture and administration is a significant advantage. Hands-on experience as a security analyst or administrator is ideal. Should understand how to handle security escalations to completion in platforms like Defender and Sentinel. Familiarity with MITRE or similar security frameworks is a plus. Comfort level with creating custom KQL queries and searches as required.

• Any Microsoft or technical certifications are a benefit and should be highlighted, especially those related to the core M365 technology stack.
