This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Validate and enhance Secure SDLC threat models through ongoing penetration testing.
• Evaluate the severity of threats and mitigation status, challenge assumptions in threat modeling and system development, and automate routine validations.
• Plan and execute comprehensive red team engagements across compute, storage, inference, networking, orchestration, and internal tooling layers.
• Identify threats that affect organizational operations.
• Collaborate with Detection & Response and security engineering teams on purple team exercises, improving detection coverage, and closing gaps.
• Investigate novel attacks targeting GPU infrastructure, inference stacks, AI platform managed services, and tenant-isolation boundaries.
• Perform targeted assessments of new products and infrastructure modifications prior to their release.
• Provide actionable reports that include prioritized findings and remediation guidance for both technical and leadership audiences.
• Create scalable red team processes, tools, and methodologies.
• 6+ years of experience in offensive security, including penetration testing, red teaming, or adversary simulation.
• Extensive experience attacking cloud-native environments, such as Kubernetes privilege escalation, cloud IAM abuse, and escapes from virtualization and containers.
• Solid understanding of the attack lifecycle, including initial access, persistence, lateral movement, and data exfiltration.
• Proficiency in developing custom tools and post-exploitation capabilities using Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience conducting purple team exercises and collaborating effectively with blue teams.
• Skill in writing clear, senior-level reports that contextualize risk for business and can be easily utilized by engineers.
