This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of and achieve a multi-million-dollar annual quota linked to acquiring new logos, securing design wins, and generating bookings (including multi-year OEM agreements and expanding within current accounts)
• Identify, engage, and finalize partnerships with new OEMs across industrial, medical, networking, retail (ATM/POS), infrastructure, and SaaS collaboration ecosystems
• Formulate and implement account strategies aimed at promoting embedded security adoption within partner products and platforms
• Structure and negotiate intricate, multi-year OEM contracts that align with long-term recurring revenue models
• Propel both new design wins (serving as a leading indicator) and bookings (recognized revenue events)
• Cultivate executive relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product, procurement, and C-level executives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Finance, RevOps, and global OEM teams
• Uphold disciplined pipeline management and forecast precision
• 7+ years of experience in OEM or embedded technology sales
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and closing complex multi-year agreements exceeding $1M+
• Proven ability to generate bookings in long-cycle OEM environments
• Experience in navigating technical validation processes and integrating embedded products
• Possess an executive presence and the capability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
• Preferred background in industrial automation, medical devices, networking, infrastructure, financial services, or SaaS ecosystems
