This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Achieve and surpass renewal and churn objectives, upsell goals, and acquire new OEM customers.
β’ Monitor and project key sales metrics on a weekly basis.
β’ Identify and pursue new OEM prospects.
β’ Oversee custom contract management and negotiate outbound agreements with OEMs.
β’ Build and maintain strong professional relationships between Arctic Wolf and our OEM clients.
β’ Assist with customer support and product enhancement requests, working in tandem with Product Management and R&D teams.
β’ Work alongside the Marketing team on collateral that supports OEM sales and other go-to-market program elements, including web page updates.
β’ Engage in OEM product pricing strategy discussions.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in OEM sales and customer management, including custom contract negotiations.
β’ Familiarity with Security topics such as vulnerability management, network security, security operations, and threat intelligence.
β’ Proficient in using Salesforce.
