• Achieve and surpass renewal and churn objectives, upsell goals, and acquire new OEM customers.
• Monitor and project key sales metrics on a weekly basis.
• Identify and pursue new OEM prospects.
• Oversee custom contract management and negotiate outbound agreements with OEMs.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships between Arctic Wolf and our OEM clients.
• Assist with customer support and product enhancement requests, working in tandem with Product Management and R&D teams.
• Work alongside the Marketing team on collateral that supports OEM sales and other go-to-market program elements, including web page updates.
• Engage in OEM product pricing strategy discussions.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in OEM sales and customer management, including custom contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with Security topics such as vulnerability management, network security, security operations, and threat intelligence.
• Proficient in using Salesforce.
