• Formulate and implement the comprehensive data partnerships strategy for the group, in line with the 5-year valuation goals.

• Identify and engage with data holders within the automotive sector, including OEMs, insurers, DMS providers, and public institutions.

• Lead intricate negotiations and extended sales cycles with major players in the industry.

• Cultivate and sustain a network of essential contacts throughout the European automotive landscape.

• Keep abreast of industry developments, technologies, and regulatory changes (GDPR, vehicle data access rights).

• Collaborate with the Tech team to guarantee the seamless integration of new data sources.

• Establish and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs associated with data partnerships.

• Act as the representative for the Data Partnerships function to the CEO and participate in long-term strategic planning.

• Comprehensive understanding of the automotive data ecosystem, which includes OEMs, DMS, insurance, and public data sources.

• Strong grasp of contractual and regulatory frameworks pertaining to vehicle data (GDPR, data access, data sharing agreements).

• Capability to engage in integration discussions with a technical team (APIs, data formats, data volumes).

• Robust analytical abilities: KPI tracking and evaluating partnership performance.

• Strong commercial and business development mindset - adept at persuasion and closing deals.

• Leadership qualities and strategic insight: capable of navigating lengthy sales cycles and complex negotiations.

• High level of autonomy: capable of managing a project from start to finish without requiring micro-management.

• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial setting where new frameworks are being established.

• Exceptional communication skills: able to adjust your communication style from an OEM executive to an integration engineer.

• Fluent in English (mandatory) - the market is European.

• Fluent in French (preferred) - a significant portion of our business operates in France.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.
