πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of OEM programs, policies, and procedures.

β€’ Offer guidance and support to internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Website Delivery.

β€’ Execute updates and enhancements to dealer websites and documentation to guarantee compliance with OEM program criteria.

β€’ Engage in conference calls with OEM partners and agencies to remain informed on program updates, insights, and requirements.

β€’ Effectively prioritize and manage tasks to cater to the needs of various OEM programs.

β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and ensure alignment with program objectives.

β€’ Recognize opportunities for improvement and propose practical, actionable solutions.

β€’ Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials and documentation throughout the organization.

β€’ Conduct regular audits and assessments to oversee compliance and identify gaps or areas needing improvement.

β€’ Keep accurate and organized records of program activities and documentation.

β€’ Contribute to the formulation of long-term strategies aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of OEM program management.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

β€’ Communication: Exhibits the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.

β€’ Teamwork: Works collaboratively with colleagues to reach common goals.

β€’ Adaptability: Learns swiftly and adjusts to evolving priorities and work environments.

β€’ ASSET/PREFERRED: β€’ Bilingualism: Proficiency in both French and English, in oral and written forms.
