This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of OEM programs, policies, and procedures.
• Offer guidance and support to internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Website Delivery.
• Execute updates and enhancements to dealer websites and documentation to guarantee compliance with OEM program criteria.
• Engage in conference calls with OEM partners and agencies to remain informed on program updates, insights, and requirements.
• Effectively prioritize and manage tasks to cater to the needs of various OEM programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance communication and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Recognize opportunities for improvement and propose practical, actionable solutions.
• Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials and documentation throughout the organization.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to oversee compliance and identify gaps or areas needing improvement.
• Keep accurate and organized records of program activities and documentation.
• Contribute to the formulation of long-term strategies aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of OEM program management.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
