Odoo Functional Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions with department heads and operational personnel

• Record current business processes across essential departments

• Illustrate comprehensive workflows, including purchasing and vendor management, receiving and inventory management, warehouse picking and fulfillment, sales order processing, logistics and delivery operations, as well as accounting and financial procedures

• Detect inefficiencies or process shortcomings that need to be addressed during the ERP implementation

• Convert business workflows into functional specifications for the Odoo implementation team

• Provide support with module configuration assessments and feedback

• Engage in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

• Develop internal documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Aid in internal training for team members utilizing Odoo

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience working with Odoo ERP

• Background as an Odoo functional consultant, analyst, or implementation specialist

• Comprehensive understanding of ERP workflows including purchasing, inventory, and sales operations

• Proven experience in documenting business processes and drafting functional requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
