Odoo Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP applications and modules.

• Analyze client business needs and convert them into functional technical solutions.

• Create custom Python backend logic, tailor XML/QWeb views, and develop JavaScript frontend components.

• Integrate Odoo with external systems, APIs, and databases.

• Conduct database optimization, migration, and troubleshooting using PostgreSQL.

• Execute unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to guarantee system reliability and performance.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, functional consultants, and quality assurance teams.

• Document technical specifications, architectural designs, and customization processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as an Odoo Developer with practical expertise in Odoo module customization and development.

• Strong skills in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.

• In-depth knowledge of Odoo ORM, architecture, framework, and security models.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration.

• Experience with Odoo Enterprise edition and cloud deployment platforms such as Odoo.sh, AWS, or Docker is a plus.

• Odoo Developer Certification is a plus.

• Understanding of core business processes including Accounting, Inventory, CRM, Sales, and HR modules is a plus.
