OCI Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Demonstrated ability to lead the design and oversee the execution of cloud infrastructure solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), emphasizing high availability, disaster recovery, and security.

• Work in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotional initiatives.

• Formulate pricing models, service packages, and offerings to maintain competitiveness and enhance value propositions.

• Possess a problem-solving mindset focused on proactive issue resolution while serving as the escalation point for OCI-related incidents.

• Review and assess cloud expenditures, pinpointing opportunities for cost reduction or optimization.

• Manage performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure that cloud resources align with business requirements.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams while managing multiple priorities.

• Develop and sustain comprehensive documentation and prepare reports on cloud utilization, performance metrics, and cost analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, including a minimum of 3-5 years specifically focused on OCI.

• Extensive hands-on experience with OCI, covering compute, storage, networking, database services, and OCI monitoring and management tools.

• Profound understanding of cloud security practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
