This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the provision of occupational therapy services and manage staff.
• Deliver clinical supervision and support to occupational therapy personnel and support staff.
• Perform clinical assessments and offer recommendations to aid in care planning and address member needs.
• Track therapy outcomes and functional progress to ensure effective service delivery.
• Guarantee adherence to clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and documentation protocols.
• Supervise clinical operations and service provision.
• Foster staff development initiatives.
• Enhance positive functional results through efficient rehabilitation services.
• Travel within the designated catchment as necessary.
• A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• At least one (1) year of experience working with co-occurring physical health and behavioral health, physical health, or chronic condition populations.
• Must hold a full license from the North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Candidates must reside within Trillium’s Mid State Region: Anson, Guilford, Montgomery, Randolph, or Richmond counties.
• Ability to travel within the catchment area as needed.
• All applicants must pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
• Preferred: experience supervising two (2) or more employees.
• Preferred: experience across all three specified population areas.
