Occupational Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct initial assessments and necessary re-assessments for patients within your caseload.

• Create customized care plans grounded in clinical evaluations, family aspirations, and patient requirements.

• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy techniques through virtual methods.

• Offer coaching, educational support, and strategies to families, caregivers, and educators.

• Monitor and document patient advancements.

• Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, and other professionals to ensure integrated care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy is mandatory.

• An active Occupational Therapy license in the state of service provision (mainly Texas) is required.

• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred.

• Telehealth experience is advantageous.

• Proficient in using technology and open to learning new platforms.

• Capable of independently managing a caseload, documentation, scheduling, and family communications.
