This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee moderately complex activities related to occupational health and workers compensation compliance, operating under general supervision.
• Evaluate requirements, assist in claims and documentation workflows, monitor compliance status, create reports, identify trends, support return-to-work initiatives and accommodation coordination, and suggest process enhancements.
• Examine compliance requirements for occupational health, workers compensation, workplace safety, and employee health.
• Manage occupational health requirements concerning immunizations, vaccines, declinations, exemptions, drug screenings, fit-for-duty documentation, and client-specific health and safety standards.
• Keep track of regulatory, client, and organizational developments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Occupational Health, Risk Management, Safety, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least two years of experience in HR compliance, occupational health administration, workers compensation coordination, leave/absence administration, risk/safety administration, healthcare operations, onboarding compliance, claims coordination, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing confidential employee, compliance, health, claims, or HR documents in a regulated or highly confidential setting.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional workflows, monitor compliance status, prepare documentation, and escalate risks or exceptions.
