Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (SiFa)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and implement occupational health and safety strategies for clients.

• Serve as a reliable partner to clients in matters of safety and health.

• Develop digital, intelligent, and user-friendly occupational health and safety processes.

• Oversee occupational health and safety and health protection through software solutions.

• Actively participate in shaping innovative processes at kaer.

• Provide on-site support to clients, involving 60% travel.

• Utilize the remaining hours flexibly from home or another appropriate location.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety, including relevant regulations, processes, and products.

• Professional demeanor and self-assured communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.

• Proven experience in delivering services through digital platforms.

• Completion of training as an Occupational Health and Safety Specialist.

• Additional certifications in occupational health and protection are beneficial, such as Fire Safety Officer, Health and Safety Coordinator, Waste Management Officer, Water Protection Officer, or Immissions Control Officer.

• Commitment to driving sustainable changes in occupational health and safety and influencing process development.

• Proficiency in the English language is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 60% within Germany.
