This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provide expert strategic occupancy planning for the client's portfolio within a specified region.
• Develop occupancy and scenario plans based on the analysis of space supply and demand.
• Address and resolve planning forecast requirements, concerns, and issues alongside Corporate Real Estate.
• Collect headcount forecasts and address discrepancies with Business Unit leadership and group-level data.
• Gather top-down headcount and growth projections from Corporate Finance.
• Evaluate planning strategies that drive construction projects and facilitate their implementation.
• Review and approve relocations, create migration plans, and conduct facility audits.
• Formulate portfolio strategy plans across multiple locations.
• Oversee the development of occupancy plans and coordinate group-level and individual moves.
• Address planning issues identified during client planning sessions.
• Recommend, educate, and enforce policies, standards, procedures, and protocols related to space.
• Inform the client of exceptions requested by customers.
• Assist with site-specific Planning Strategies in collaboration with Senior Leadership.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the client's workplace program.
• Lead the Occupancy Planning and account team through effective client relationship management and strategic insights.
• Identify space requirements and prepare, as well as update, project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand.
• Report on current supply and capacity, while forecasting changes in inventory.
• Reconcile discrepancies arising from top-down projections with the client.
• In-depth understanding of client space supply and demand.
• Proficient in developing scenario and occupancy plans for a client portfolio within a specified region.
• Capable of building relationships with Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leadership, Corporate Finance, project management, move coordination, facility management, and occupancy planning teams.
• Skilled in managing the development of occupancy plans, sequencing group-level and individual moves, and resolving planning issues.
• Familiar with corporate space policies, standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Competent in developing site-specific Planning Strategies in partnership with Senior Leadership.
• Possess Subject Matter Expertise in the client's workplace program.
• Ability to leverage data to drive solutions for workplace productivity.
• Knowledgeable in space utilization methods and the presentation of utilization data.
• Capable of identifying space requirements and preparing and updating project status reports.
• Proficient in reporting on supply and capacity and forecasting changes in inventory.
• Able to reconcile discrepancies from top-down projections.
