Observational Research Manager, Data and Analytics Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute descriptive epidemiological studies that characterize disease incidence and prevalence across the US, EU, Asia, and emerging market nations.

• Manage and perform research projects that involve the analysis of medical claims, electronic health records, and prospective observational cohort studies.

• Contribute to the development of innovative analytical methods, tools, and capabilities for generating rapid, scalable, and reproducible real-world evidence.

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews.

• Prepare research reports and scientific manuscripts.

• Remain informed on advancements in observational research and drug development.

• Enhance awareness, understanding, and application of observational research methodologies.

• Effectively communicate significant scientific findings to diverse audiences.

• Act as a key scientific contributor and serve as the first or contributing author for peer-reviewed publications, scientific congress abstracts, and internal reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of epidemiology experience, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of epidemiology experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of epidemiology experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of epidemiology experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 12 years of epidemiology experience.

• Proven expertise in observational research.

• Experience in communicating observational research findings effectively in both written and oral forms.

• Ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.

• Preferred: Doctorate in Epidemiology or a related field with substantial observational research content.
