Observability Engineer – AR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of monitoring tools for cloud environments.

• Collaborate in the creation and adjustment of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI).

• Engage in identifying critical incidents within the platform, escalating issues to Senior Engineers or the product development area.

• Execute basic operational tasks in development, testing, and production environments.

• Work together in automating routine tasks through scripting in Bash or Python.

• Learn and contribute to internal projects focused on continuous improvement in monitoring and observability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Professional training in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields.

• Experience in software development (Python).

• Experience in configuring and supporting monitoring tools for distributed applications, preferably in Kubernetes-based environments.

• Specific knowledge:

• Advanced Python: 2-3 years of software development experience using Python.

• Intermediate Linux: Basic commands, file manipulation, networking, etc.

• Experience with Shell scripting (Bash).

• Automation (scripting) using Bash and/or Python.

• Basic monitoring skills.

• Basic Kubernetes administration.

• Basic Git knowledge.

• Language: Intermediate English (Writing/Reading): able to search in English.

• Autonomy and discipline.

• Ability for self-learning.

• Analytical and conceptual thinking.

• Customer-oriented.

• Tolerance for frustration.

• Teamwork skills.
