This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Management and development of relationships with existing customers from both the municipal and industrial sectors
• Providing tailored solutions in the field of laboratory and process measurements
• Regular customer visits (3–4 days a week) – supporting operations, resolving technical issues, and offering practical advice
• Acting as a subject matter expert – combining technical consulting and solution sales to build long-term partnerships
• Development of the business region, working with CRM, project management, and execution of business plans
• Ensuring the continuity of projects and smooth execution from design to implementation
• Representing the company at trade fairs, seminars, and customer events
• Collaborating with local and international colleagues
• University degree in chemistry, environmental engineering, process engineering, automation, or a related field, or relevant experience in technical sales
• Experience in technical sales, ideally with a solution selling approach
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers (account management mindset)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in both laboratory and industrial environments
• Fluent knowledge of Slovak and conversational English (for internal communication and training)
• Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 3–4 days a week), valid driver's license category B
