πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ The Nutrition Sales Representative for Primary Care is based in the Scarborough, Ontario region, covering areas from Scarborough to Oshawa.

β€’ This role is responsible for generating demand for Abbott products and is expected to be an effective team player, even while primarily working independently.

β€’ Maintain real-time records of sampling and sales activities.

β€’ Develop a territory business plan and conduct thorough analysis of territory KPIs, utilizing dashboards for progress assessment and determining subsequent actions.

β€’ Possess the ability to engage and sell to healthcare professionals.

β€’ Maximize the use of samples and materials to encourage recommendations and trials.

β€’ Prepare and deliver a territory business review to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or science is required, with a background in nutrition being advantageous.

β€’ 1 to 3 years of sales experience is preferred.

β€’ Strong skills in presentation delivery are essential.

β€’ Ability to quickly establish relationships and gain access to clients is critical.

β€’ Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Outlook and Salesforce.com.

β€’ Must maintain a valid driver's license at all times.

β€’ Capability to lift, carry, and manage car stock and sample deliveries to clients is necessary.

β€’ Availability for overnight travel is required, with potential travel representing up to 10% of the role, depending on the territory.

β€’ Willingness and motivation to advance within the sales force organization as opportunities arise.
