This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct digital demonstration appointments and manage follow-ups until closing.
• Generate innovative ideas for renewal, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Be proactive and remain undeterred by rejection.
• Enhance our product development by communicating customer feedback to our product team.
• Completed vocational training as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, or geriatric nurse.
• Degree in nursing education, nursing management, nursing science, or a related nursing discipline.
• Strong communication abilities and a proven track record in client acquisition.
• Motivated, socially adept, and comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Flexible, dependable, and well-presented.
• Preference for working in flat organizational structures.
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills.
• Good English proficiency for internal communication purposes.
• Flexible working hours without weekend or holiday shifts.
