
Nurse Sales Specialist – Urology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Proactive management and support for new clients within the designated sales territory.
• Provide clinical assistance for the introduction and usage of incontinence products in healthcare facilities.
• Engage in active sales efforts to coordinate product trials, evaluations, and pilot projects, including preparation and support for contract finalization.
• Conduct product training sessions, workshops, and in-house education for medical personnel including nursing staff, physicians, and therapists.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other essential healthcare stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of training materials, clinical arguments, and case studies.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and professional development activities.
• Gather and report customer feedback to facilitate ongoing improvement of products and services.
• Aid in the implementation of care pathways and the integration of products into clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Business Development.
• Revise, update, and document information in our CRM tool, salesforce.com, to ensure data accuracy and currency.
• Accountable for meeting quantitative and qualitative targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (targets and annual performance evaluations).
• Completed nursing qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in a clinical or hospital setting or a similar environment.
• Initial sales experience in medical technology or the pharmaceutical sector (mandatory).
• Ideally, familiarity with incontinence care.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High initiative, customer-oriented approach, and a significant willingness to travel (up to 4 days per week).
• Proficient use of digital tools and presentation media.
• Business-fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to operate in a goal-oriented and performance-driven manner.
• Demonstrated independence, personal accountability, and teamwork orientation.
• Strong IT skills (MS Office, etc.).
