Nurse Practitioner – Women's Health Specialty Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a complete virtual patient panel focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight management, sexual health, mood, and sleep issues.

• Deliver continuous, relationship-oriented care over extended periods.

• Independently prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

• Assess patients for pharmacologic weight management, utilizing GLP-1 therapies.

• Make autonomous clinical decisions in the best interest of patient care.

• Complete necessary documentation and ensure follow-through while adhering to productivity standards.

• Conduct efficient virtual patient consultations while prioritizing patient-centered care.

• Utilize EHR, video conferencing, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision support platforms.

• Provide occasional coverage for evenings, weekends, or across multiple time zones as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current board certification as FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in independently managing patients dealing with perimenopause and menopause.

• At least 3 years of independent experience in prescribing and adjusting HRT.

• Over 3 years of experience managing a continuous NP patient panel and making independent clinical decisions.

• A minimum of 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.

• At least 1 year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.

• Multiple active state licenses; DEA certification is preferred.

• Reliable access to high-speed internet.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual setting.

• Candidates must have the authorization to work in the United States without any current or future sponsorship requirements.

• Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine is preferred.
