Nurse Practitioner – Virtual Health Assessment Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional care to patients in a virtual environment.

• Utilize prescriptive authority within a collaborative practice agreement, working closely with physicians to ensure comprehensive care for complex cases.

• Conduct follow-ups on lab results, imaging, and maintain closed-loop communication with patients and healthcare providers.

• Employ remote home monitoring tools, conduct remote physical examinations, and utilize point-of-care diagnostic equipment for virtual assessments.

• Engage in a collaborative care framework alongside registered nurses, medical assistants, primary care providers, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisors.

• Attend necessary meetings, including huddles, case conferences, and service-line All Hands.

• Provide constructive feedback to enhance operational workflows and product functionalities.

• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).

• Over 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.

• At least 2 years of experience providing virtual care.

• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States.

• Must possess a Florida License.

• Compact RN license (if an APRN).

• Experience with remote diagnostic and home monitoring technologies.

• Willingness and ability to obtain additional licensure in Oscar Medical Group states.
