This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Manage a comprehensive patient panel focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight management, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual consultations.

• Deliver continuous, relationship-oriented care throughout multiple visits spanning months to years.

• Prescribe and independently oversee hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

• Assess patients for pharmacological weight management options, including GLP-1 therapies.

• Make independent clinical judgments.

• Conduct efficient, high-volume appointments while ensuring a warm patient experience.

• Complete necessary documentation and follow-up procedures.

• Achieve productivity targets.

• Utilize EHR systems, video conferencing, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision support platforms.

• Operate within a virtual setting that includes video meetings and electronic record-keeping.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing patients through perimenopause and menopause independently.

• At least 3 years of experience in prescribing and adjusting HRT independently.

• A minimum of 3 years managing a continuous panel of NP patients, fostering ongoing relationships and making independent clinical decisions over time.

• 3+ years of experience in synchronous telemedicine.

• Over 1 year of experience in evaluating and prescribing weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.

• Possession of multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).

• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

• Capability to work efficiently in a virtual environment.

• Availability for occasional evening, weekend, or multi-time-zone shifts as necessary.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

• Preferred qualifications include certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine.
