Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant – Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct preventative care screenings, perform medication reconciliation, diagnose medical issues, and offer health coaching, referrals, and treatment when clinically appropriate.

• Reach out to members with chronic illnesses based on historical data and suspected health information.

• Engage with members who may have a lower likelihood of visiting their primary care physician (PCP).

• Identify opportunities within the member's healthcare journey that can be enhanced by facilitating better access to care from a licensed provider.

• Receive cross-training in urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines.

• Interact with members through virtual platforms, including virtual assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a PA or DNP, FNP, ENP degree from an accredited program.

• Board Certification required (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

• Compact RN license (for Nurse Practitioners only).

• Experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement and/or managing HEDIS quality measures is preferred.

• Physician Assistants: Must possess a full license in Georgia and one of the following states: Florida, Texas, or Ohio.

• Nurse Practitioners: Must be fully licensed in at least two of the following states: Florida, Texas, Ohio, or New Jersey.

• Bilingual candidates with Spanish fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) are preferred.

• Ability to obtain licensure in additional states is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care is necessary.
