Nurse Practitioner – Oklahoma License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Manage a comprehensive patient panel addressing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual consultations.

• Deliver continuous, relationship-focused care over extended periods.

• Prescribe and autonomously manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

• Assess patients for pharmacological weight management options, including GLP-1 therapies.

• Make independent clinical decisions.

• Conduct efficient, high-volume visits while ensuring warmth and quality in care.

• Complete necessary documentation and follow-up actions.

• Achieve productivity targets.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR), video conferencing, AI scribe tools, Slack, and clinical decision support systems.

• Provide occasional coverage during evenings, weekends, or across multiple time zones as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the state of Oklahoma.

• Possess active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.

• A minimum of 3 years of independent management experience with perimenopause and menopause patients.

• At least 3 years of experience in independently prescribing and adjusting HRT.

• Over 3 years of managing a continuous nurse practitioner patient panel, fostering ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time.

• More than 3 years of synchronous telemedicine experience.

• At least 1 year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacological weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists.

• Possession of multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred).

• Access to reliable high-speed internet.

• Capability to work efficiently in a virtual setting.

• All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future sponsorship.
