Nurse Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough evaluations of clients' health care requirements and create tailored care plans.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients' health conditions, making necessary modifications to care plans.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding disease management, medication adherence, and other health-related subjects.

• Collaborate with various health care professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Act as a resource and advocate for clients and their families, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in senior care to enhance our service offerings.

• Leverage telehealth technology to perform virtual consultations with clients and their families.

• Record all client interactions and maintain precise and current documentation.

• Engage in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and expertise with colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical environment, ideally with a focus on senior care.

• Strong skills in assessment and care planning.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload.

• Proficient in technology and capable of conducting virtual consultations.

• Compassionate and empathetic approach towards seniors and their families.

• Willingness to travel for occasional in-person client visits (if required).

• Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.
