This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Spearhead marketing strategies for North America aimed at enhancing revenue growth, increasing market share, promoting portfolio adoption, and driving customer acquisition for Advanced Wound Care.
• Create comprehensive growth plans for both the U.S. and Canada.
• Recognize market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive challenges across various care environments.
• Convert global portfolio priorities into actionable market strategies and quantifiable business outcomes.
• Oversee portfolio strategy and the planning of commercialization.
• Provide market insights to guide innovation, launch planning, and investment decisions related to the portfolio.
• Formulate launch strategies and go-to-market initiatives.
• Propel portfolio optimization, lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and adoption initiatives.
• Direct integrated marketing programs, campaigns, customer engagement, and demand generation efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Key Accounts, Commercial Excellence, and other cross-functional teams.
• Craft value propositions, messaging strategies, and programs aimed at customers.
• Support strategic account initiatives and health system engagement efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the North America marketing team.
• Set priorities, define performance expectations, create development plans, and establish succession planning.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or higher (must be completed and verified before starting).
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in marketing, commercial activities, portfolio management, business development, or sales leadership.
• At least five (5) years of experience in people leadership, guiding teams, and nurturing talent.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa requirements.
• Experience in leading marketing strategy, commercialization, portfolio management, or downstream marketing functions.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing growth strategies that yield measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience in product launches and managing go-to-market efforts in healthcare, MedTech, or medical device sectors.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics in both acute and post-acute care settings.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Commercial Excellence, Key Accounts, and cross-functional commercial teams.
• Ability to influence within complex matrix organizations.
• Financial acumen along with skills in forecasting, resource allocation, and business planning.
• Proven experience in leading and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Background in wound care, surgical solutions, advanced therapies, medical devices, or related healthcare markets.
