This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate effective relationships between the Company, external Union representatives, and internal employees.
• Negotiate, interpret, and manage labor agreements.
• Address conflicts and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing a capable management team for unionized staff.
• Implement proactive union avoidance training and strategies.
• Act as the Lead Negotiator in collective bargaining processes with labor unions.
• Create and present training programs for managers and supervisors on labor relations subjects.
• Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations, revising policies and practices as necessary.
• Work in partnership with Human Resources to maintain consistent enforcement of labor policies and procedures.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in labor relations is mandatory.
• Experience as a lead negotiator is an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and collective bargaining procedures.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Capability to learn new software (e.g., SharePoint, vendor portals).
