This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Strategically oversee and cultivate nonprofit accounts to enhance account growth and boost service use.
• Create customized kits and event strategies that ensure nonprofit objectives and ROI metrics are met, in alignment with Visit.org’s capabilities.
• Spearhead and manage key client projects and strategic programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables to guarantee successful execution, high-quality results, and measurable business and social impact outcomes.
• Actively assist the Sales team with client renewals and negotiations, ensuring high retention rates and minimizing churn among nonprofit accounts.
• Establish and maintain robust, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders within each client organization, becoming a trusted advisor on social impact and partnerships.
• Provide tailored consultations and presentations that showcase the ongoing value of Visit.org’s offerings in relation to client objectives.
• Proactively identify and address issues that arise within nonprofit accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Supply, Content, Sales, Marketing, Events, and Product teams to convey client needs and align on cross-functional initiatives that enhance product functionality, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Advocate for client needs internally to ensure that all client deliverables are met with excellence, promoting product enhancements when necessary to serve nonprofit requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of best practices, operational procedures, and strategic initiatives that improve the overall effectiveness and scalability of the Customer Success team.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or another client-facing, quota-responsible role.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, particularly within the Nonprofit or Enterprise SaaS sectors.
• Proficient in demonstrating value through customer stories, data, and unique insights.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to create order in ambiguous situations.
• Detail-oriented while maintaining focus on overarching goals.
• Quick to learn and adept at understanding different processes and/or systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative team player capable of building relationships and communicating effectively across departments.
• Proficient in using sales management and internal communication tools, including HubSpot, Slack, Monday.com, and others.
• A genuine desire to meet the needs of our clients.
