NLP Algorithm Engineer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• LLM Application Development: Engage in the creation of applications based on LLM technology, such as Q&A systems, Agents, and algorithmic workflow systems.

• Workflow & Prompt Engineering: Contribute to the development of workflows and the design and optimization of prompts to enhance model performance.

• Agent Capabilities: Support the implementation of Tool Use (Function Calling) and foundational multi-turn dialogue logic.

• Core NLP Tasks: Carry out tasks including text classification, information extraction, and semantic matching.

• Model Modeling: Take part in small-scale modeling activities (classification/labeling tasks) and performance enhancement.

• Data Management: Conduct data cleaning, perform basic feature engineering, and analyze results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Coding Proficiency: Skilled in Python, demonstrating good coding practices and strong problem-solving abilities.

• NLP Fundamentals: Knowledgeable about common NLP tasks (Text Classification, NER, Semantic Matching, etc.) and their established methodologies.

• Modeling Experience: Able to independently train and fine-tune simple classification or labeling models.

• Theoretical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Transformer/BERT principles (structure, training objectives, and application scenarios).

• LLM Exposure: Familiarity with Large Language Models (e.g., API calls, basic Prompt Engineering).

• Agent Concepts: Comprehension of Agent fundamentals (e.g., Tool Use, multi-turn dialogue) or experience with basic implementations.
