Night-Weekend Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee field personnel

• Arrange care for clients in their homes during evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Manage care coordination for CoxHealth at Home clients

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Preferred: At least one (1) year of office experience in a service-oriented environment

• Preferred: Knowledge of the healthcare sector

• Capability to work independently, effectively organize and prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment

• Must thrive under pressure and adapt to evolving circumstances

• Ability to interact effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, field personnel, physicians, and community resources

• Compassionate disposition towards the sick and elderly

• Proficient in verbal and written communication
