This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and oversee sales-specific community information within Salesforce.
• Validate solar and storage product offerings, pricing, builder details, and all pertinent information necessary for downstream teams to succeed.
• Organize weekly community launch meetings with Account Managers to align on precise offerings, sales data, builder strategy, and grand opening timelines ahead of community launches.
• Create materials and conduct training sessions for builder sales managers and agents to ensure consistency with Sunrun’s solar program expectations and requirements.
• Negotiate suitable cut-off timelines for homebuyer solar selection documentation.
• Build relationships with builder purchasing and escrow contacts for pricing synchronization and escrow report monitoring.
• Cultivate positive relationships with builder sales agents through regular communication and timely fulfillment of requests.
• Travel to assigned accounts approximately 25% of the time to strengthen partnerships.
• Lead training and educational sessions with designated builders to ensure accurate comprehension and compliance with Sunrun processes and offerings.
• Examine report data to guarantee alignment between buyer-signed contracts and field installations.
• Address buyer escalations and provide innovative solutions to uphold a collaborative relationship with agents.
• Maintain up-to-date community program details in Salesforce for consistent internal knowledge sharing.
• Resolve all discrepancies in buyer paperwork for each lot before the buyer's closing date.
• Ensure all buyer information for the entire community is accurately received to enhance activation efficiency.
• Verify that all correct homebuyer information is linked to the appropriate project within the community.
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience in account management.
• Strong capability and eagerness to build meaningful partnerships with builder contacts.
• Enthusiasm, motivation, and adaptability to contribute to a new team focused on enhancing the builder experience and advancing Sunrun’s New Homes department.
• Ability to coordinate across various functions while providing guidance and clarity for both internal and external inquiries.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines while ensuring timely responses and deliverables.
