
New Business Sales Manager, SAP Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of new business initiatives throughout the UK, Netherlands, and Ireland, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal development, and deal closing.
• Initiate discussions regarding the S/4HANA deadline with mid-market firms currently using ECC, who require a strategic plan prior to 2027.
• Target CFOs and CIOs of family-owned and private equity-backed companies that lack substantial in-house SAP expertise.
• Manage a focused pipeline of deals ranging from €30,000 to €150,000 in annual recurring revenue, operating on six to nine month cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in personally closing multi-year contracts for SAP support, AMS, or managed services.
• Proven track record as an SAP services closer, having met quotas and closed multi-year SAP support, AMS, or managed services agreements.
• Experienced mid-market salesperson adept at building a pipeline from the ground up.
• Fluent and persuasive in business English, with proficiency in Dutch considered a significant advantage.
• Possesses a consultative approach, resilience, and self-motivation.
• Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential.
• Ongoing commission from contract renewals.
